Before you choose a plan

Plan labels do not establish software-enforced entitlements, retention periods, unlimited sites or service commitments. Biometric matching and kiosks remain controlled. SSO, scheduled reports, custom residency, SLAs and a named success manager are not included promises.

Can we activate a paid subscription or free trial immediately?

Self-service billing activation is currently on hold. Account signup exists, but it is not a promise of an automatically active workspace or a 14-day trial. Contact us to confirm rollout availability.

What do these prices mean?

They preserve the current indicative USD rate card. Monthly and annual figures are per-worker monthly reference rates, with minimums shown. Billing basis, payment cadence, feature scope and any support commitments must be confirmed before an agreement.

Are face verification and kiosks included automatically?

No. They are controlled features requiring separate enablement and rollout review. Shared-kiosk identification requires connectivity. A plan label is not evidence of availability.

Can we export attendance to payroll?

Reviewed-hours exports and named ERP-oriented layouts are implemented. Receiver mapping and import acceptance need validation. Automated scheduled delivery is not a current general-availability promise.
